Vontron Technology has an advanced fully automated membrane production line that integrates ultrafiltration membrane and separation layer production, improving production capacity and efficiency. In 2014, Vontron Technology independently designed and developed a fully automatic film production line that integrates scraping and coating. Through speed control, it achieved a huge breakthrough in production capacity of 28000 square meters per day, increasing it by nearly 10 times. By controlling the distribution of material and liquid, the stability of membrane performance is effectively improved; By using an online detection system for surface defects, the surface characteristics of the film are monitored in real time to ensure a high product qualification rate.
In terms of membrane preparation technology, by accurately controlling the morphology of the separated cortex structure and regulating the membrane flux, the surface leaf size of the separated cortex increases, effectively increasing the specific surface area of the separated cortex and improving the water flux under standard testing conditions. In actual operation, the required operating pressure is lower, thereby reducing operating costs and achieving energy-saving effects. In 2005, Vontron Technology launched energy-saving ultra-low voltage high flux XLP membrane components, which had a technological advantage far ahead in China.Vontron Technology has explored a precise desalination layer thickness control process, increasing the separation layer thickness from 100nm to 300nm, improving the stability and chemical cleaning resistance of the membrane, and significantly extending its service life. The PURO series membrane components with a 300nm thick desalination layer feature launched by the company can withstand high-frequency chemical cleaning in difficult wastewater conditions such as coking wastewater and steel wastewater, and the desalination layer maintains stable removal rate and water production.
To meet different water quality requirements, Vontron Technology has taken the lead in establishing a new anti pollution technology with an interpenetrating network desalination layer structure and developed an innovative four layer membrane structure. Compared with the traditional three-layer membrane structure, preparing an anti pollution patented functional layer on the surface of the separation layer improves the hydrophilicity, charge, and roughness of the membrane surface, slows down the decrease in water flux caused by the adhesion of pollutants and microorganisms, and is easy to remove pollutants from the separation layer surface through washing and chemical soaking, improving the cleaning and recovery ability and achieving anti pollution effect.
At the same time, Vontron Technology has independently developed a new type of membrane antioxidant technology, which has overcome the problem of poor oxidation resistance in the desalination layer, making the membrane element's antioxidant capacity exceed 30000mg/L • h, and the product performance has reached the world's leading level.

After the year, the manufacturing process has achieved fully automated precision control, ensuring precise membrane area, uniform configuration, and stable structure of the components.
Thanks to advanced technologies such as high-precision addressing and micro control in the fully automated production line, the effective membrane area of the eight inch membrane element has reached 440ft2, an increase of 20.5% compared to traditional products. In 2017, Vontron Technology developed the high flux product LP8040-510, with an effective membrane area of 510 ft2 and a water production flux of 14000 GPD. In 2019, the effective membrane area of low-pressure eight inch membrane components can be optimized to a maximum of 530ft2.
